- Provide first-line technical support to ODIDO customers for interactive television (ITV) and mobile-related issues.
- Perform structured troubleshooting: line checks, modem diagnostics, WAN validation, DNS resets, and service flow compliance.
- Focus on First Contact Resolution (FCR), service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex incidents through established technical processes.
